Bright Ideas is an ongoing way for Beausejour Co-op members and team members to share ideas that help strengthen our Co-op. It’s a place to offer suggestions, improvements, or new opportunities based on your experience with us.

Ideas can include:

• Service or customer experience improvements
• New product or program ideas
• Operational or efficiency improvements
• Community or member-focused initiatives

Big ideas or small improvements are equally welcome.
