We’ll be proposing updates to our current bylaws. Some of these updates include rewording the bylaws for accuracy and alignment, increasing the amount of purchases required to be eligible as a director, the information available to members, and the process for the removal of directors. A version of the proposed changes can be found in the attachment below.

As a member, you have a voice in the future direction of our Co-op!

We're currently accepting nominations for a position on our Board of Directors. Members who wish to be nominated for the position of “Director of the Co-operative” must deliver their nomination form to our Administration Office by Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
