Beausejour Co-op is seeking Deli Supervisors at our Oakbank Food Store location!

What you’ll do:

• Demonstrate strong leadership in the Deli department at all times.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members.
• Assist with recruitment, train, supervise staff, and demonstrate leadership in the deli department.
• Receive and inspect store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment.
• Prepare fresh value-added product and home meal replacement items as per the established Co-op recipes and procedures. Ensure consistency in ingredients used and preparation method at all times.
• Ensure the department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.
• Assist the Deli Manager in ordering duties and inventory control.
  

Available positions:

• 2 Part-time Deli Supervisors; must be available days, evenings, and weekends. 24-32 hours per week.
