Produce Supervisor

Beausejour Co-op is hiring a Full-time Produce Supervisor at our Beausejour Food Store location!

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Produce Manager, the Produce Supervisor is responsible for delivering world-class customer service; providing leadership to all produce clerks; ordering and stocking produce merchandise; merchandising and displaying packaged product; receiving and unloading trucks; maintaining department cleanliness, housekeeping standards and a focus on safety.

You will:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members.
• Live the brand, making our staff and customers feel at home.
• Assist with recruitment, train, supervise staff, and demonstrate leadership in the produce department.
• Ensure the department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.
• Perform some administrative duties such as ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Other duties as required.

Schedule

• Full-time Produce Supervisor. 40 hours per week; days, evenings weekends.
