Beausejour Co-op is hiring a Full-time Bakery Supervisor at our Oakbank Food Store location!
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Supervisor is responsible for delivering world-class customer service; providing leadership to all bakery clerks; ordering and stocking bakery merchandise; merchandising and displaying packaged product; receiving and unloading trucks; maintaining department cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and a focus on safety.
You Will:
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members.
- Assist with recruitment, train, supervise staff, and demonstrate leadership in the bakery department.
- Receive and inspect store orders upon delivery to ensure all products are immediately stored in a proper temperature-controlled environment.
- Ensure the Department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.
- Bake in-store-made products and decorate cakes, ensuring consistency in ingredients used and preparation method at all times.
- Assist the Bakery Manager in ordering duties and inventory control.
- Other duties as required.
The Full-time Bakery Supervisor must be available days, evenings, and weekends. 40 hours per week.

- You have commercial baking experience.
